How to Use:
 
  • Can be used wet or dry.
  • Dab the ultimate makeup blender into virtually any makeup (foundation,concealer,powder, and blushes). To apply, bounce (stiple) to apple to face.
  • The wide end is great for larger areas such as the forehead, cheeks, and neck area.
  •  Use the narrow end on chin, nose, and eye areas.
